At Flourish Education, we empower schools with practical, proven tools grounded in Emotional Logic to build emotional resilience across the whole learning community. From teachers and support staff to pupils and parents, we help you navigate change, manage challenges with confidence, and foster healthier relationships. Our coaching and training equip your school to create a culture where wellbeing thrives, learning flourishes, and these skills are passed forward for life.
We work with our partners at the Emotional Logic Centre to provide training and have been awarded the DfE’s MATRIX Standard Accreditation for the quality of our information, advice, guidance and support.

What’s included?
The Foundation Award in Emotional Logic:-
4 weekly workshops (live or online)
A Personal Learning Appointment (60-90 minutes) - Suitable for adults
4 pieces of coursework to complete for the accredited award (30 CPD points) to consolidate learning
Includes access to an online learning platform and coursebooks
Unaccredited award available
Use your learning to help yourself and those in your life

Yes of course – we can tailor the course to your preferences and focus on values important to your vision. You can also collaborate with other schools/trusts to share the training opportunities.

No – this is for any staff member including senior leaders and governors. It is also suitable for primary and secondary schools as well as colleges.

Many schools facilitate this training over 2 days (with a break in between) instead of weekly over 4 weeks.

Coursework completion is for the accredited award and earns you CPD points. It also allows you to cement your understanding of EL and use it in current personal or professional situations. However, an attendance award will be given for those do not wish to complete the coursework.
